tavamusic.com is the website of Tava Music, an independent music composer. We collect as little as possible: no accounts, no cookies, no ads, no session recording.
Who is responsible

What we collect
- Messages you send us. When you use a form (exclusive track order, custom edit, Content ID claim release, contact) we receive what you type: usually your name, email address, the track and your message, plus the page you sent it from. We use it only to reply and to do the work you asked for (legal basis: your request / contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Anonymous page statistics. Our own counter records a page view or a button click with the page address, the referring site, a campaign tag from the link (for example
?src=youtube), the country (from our host's network data) and whether the device is mobile or desktop. It stores no IP address, no cookies and no identifiers, and cannot tell who you are (legitimate interest in knowing which pages work, Art. 6(1)(f)). - Server logs. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details technically to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks.
We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or third-party fonts. Fonts and audio previews are served from our own domain.
Who processes the data for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, content delivery and the statistics database.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — delivers form messages to our mailbox.
- Google LLC (Gmail) — the mailbox where messages are received and answered.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any license or order that follows, and for the period required by tax and accounting law. Statistics are kept in aggregate and contain no personal data.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to tavamusic3@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority. California residents have the same rights under the CCPA; we do not sell or share personal information.
Children
This site is for businesses and content creators and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
